Nice place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff was helpful during my first stay by guiding me to my destination. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas!

There were several significant issues. The first room had a strong odor reminiscent of urine, and the alternative room, while initially acceptable, revealed years of neglect. There was dirt and debris behind the bedside tables, and unsightly adhesive residue in the tub. The bed felt more like a box spring, with creaky springs and poor-quality pillows leading to uncomfortable sleeplessness. Noise from slamming doors carried through the night, and the dirty window made it unclear if it was raining outside or just grimy.

Clean hallway as soon as I entered, giving a good first impression. The front desk staff were cute. Room cleanliness stood out-fresh linens and a pleasant smell. The breakfast setup offered a nice selection, including biscuits and sausage gravy, which I enjoyed. The mattress was too firm for my liking. While the room itself was nice, the overall condition showed some age, particularly the bathroom fixtures needing updates. I did appreciate having access to free toiletries. A pleasant experience with a few areas that could use refinement.

I had a double room that also was complete with decent furnishings and snacks and a king bed. Everything here was good. The location of this little and ideal hotel was particularly good, in the middle of jackson.

Had a pleasant stay with spacious rooms and a nice full breakfast that kept us fueled for the day. It was great to have a gym and a cozy reading nook to relax in between activities. The pool area could use a bit of sprucing up, but it didn't take away from our overall good experience 😊
